Tomato Pasta Sauce

2 cup chopped tomatoes or about 3 large
Small handful chopped basil or 1 teaspoon dried
Small handful chopped rocket or oregano or 1 teaspoon dried
2 garlic cloves or 1 teaspoon powder
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Any spices you like such as cumin, coriander, chili



Blend till just done.  Best to leave chunky rather than smooth as tends to separate.  Keeps a couple of days; I had the last of it two days late on my salad as a dressing.
