Parsley Pesto
1 generous bunch parsley - remove any tough stalks
Handful chopped nuts
Big clove garlic
½ teaspoon Himalayan or Celtic salt - more if needed
Pinch cayenne
2 generous T ground hulled sesame seeds (the white ones)
1 Tablespoon olive oil - more if needed
Juice of ½ squeezed lemon
Chop up in food processor. Check seasoning. Toss through noodles. Sprinkle with Spike. Garnish as you like.
