Marinated Mushrooms
1 cup mushrooms
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Bragg All Purpose Seasoning or Nama Shoyu
Wipe and chop mushrooms into large bite-sized pieces. Place in small bowl. Add a dash or two of olive oil - enough to cover but not drench. A few grinds of black pepper, generous dash of Braggs, couple of shakes garlic powder and mix well. Leave to marinate at least a couple of hours. Transfer to pretty bowl to serve. These are yummy and soft the next day, too. NB This recipe seems general, and it is. It really depends on what quantity of mushrooms you’re dealing with.
