Creamy Pasta Sauce

1 cup nuts - use what you have but not pumpkin seeds -too green
1 cup water
1 teaspoon Himalayan or Celtic salt
small onion
1/3 cup lemon juice
Small clove garlic or dash powder


Blend till creamy.  Mix gently through spiralised zucchini.  Garnish as you like.
