Bliss Balls
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut
2 T cocoa or carob powder
2 T tahini
2 T juice or water
1 T honey
1 T almonds or seeds
Extra coconut or seeds
Blend all ingredients in food processor until sticky. Roll into balls and then roll in coconut or seeds until they are covered. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. For extra nougat texture, keep balls in freezer.
NB T = tablespoon (15ml)
